Renter Waiver, Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

I, the renter signing below, acknowledge and voluntarily agree to the following:

1. Inherent risks. Inflatable bounce houses and slides involve risks including falls, collisions, entanglement, impact with the inflatable or other participants, equipment movement, and other hazards that may cause property damage, minor or serious bodily injury, permanent disability, paralysis, or death.
2. Renter and guest responsibility. I am responsible for communicating and enforcing all posted and provided safety rules for my party. I will provide responsible adult supervision and will not permit unsafe behavior, overcrowding, prohibited items, flips, rough play, or use by anyone who should not participate safely.
3. Children and minors. I accept responsibility for the children/minors listed above and confirm I am their parent/legal guardian or otherwise have authority to sign for them. I understand that each other parent/guardian should complete a guest waiver for themselves and their minors.
4. Site and property conditions. I will provide a reasonably safe, accessible setup area and disclose known hazards such as underground sprinklers, irrigation lines, septic systems, invisible fence wires, utility lines, cable, gas, electrical lines, fences, sharp objects, slopes, mud, or other conditions that could affect setup or operation.
5. Staking and buried items. I understand the inflatable normally must be staked or otherwise secured for safe setup and operation. I accept responsibility for identifying and clearly disclosing any buried or hidden items in the setup area. I understand Your Klaus Bounce Houses cannot guarantee that staking or setup will avoid damage to unmarked or undisclosed sprinklers, irrigation, cable, gas, power, or other buried items, and I release and hold harmless Your Klaus Bounce Houses for such damage except to the extent caused by conduct that cannot legally be waived.
6. Equipment damage. I accept financial responsibility for loss or damage to rental equipment caused by misuse, intentional acts, prohibited items, failure to follow instructions, or negligent supervision by me or my party, excluding ordinary wear and tear.
7. Power and blower operation. I understand that the inflatable requires continuous blower operation and I will provide access to a working electrical outlet suitable for the blower during the rental. I will not unplug, disable, cover, or interfere with the blower or electrical connection except when instructed for safety.
8. Weather and shutdown. I understand that wind, rain, lightning, poor ground conditions, power problems, or other unsafe conditions may require delayed setup, shutdown, deflation, relocation, or removal of equipment. I agree to follow Your Klaus Bounce Houses safety instructions immediately.
9. Assumption of risk and release. I voluntarily assume the inherent risks of participation for myself and the minors I am authorized to sign for. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release and hold harmless Your Klaus Bounce Houses, its owners, employees, and representatives from claims arising from those inherent risks or ordinary participation in the equipment, except for claims or rights that cannot legally be waived.
10. Indemnification for my breach or misuse. To the extent permitted by law, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Your Klaus Bounce Houses from third-party claims, losses, or expenses caused by my breach of this agreement, misuse of equipment, failure to supervise, or failure to follow safety instructions.
11. Emergency response. If an emergency occurs, I authorize reasonable emergency response and understand that I remain responsible for medical costs for myself and the minors under my care.

By signing, I confirm that I have read and understand this agreement, that the information I provided is accurate, and that I am at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.
